1. MEETING | MAY 15

We invite you to attend a brief camp meeting immediately following AM Worship on Sunday, May 15, 2022. We will quickly review camp info and answer any questions that you may have.

2. BALANCE | MAY 30

Your balance is due at our departure on Monday, May 30, 2022. Please continue to pay your camp balance here:

 

3. FORM | MAY 15

You must fill out the online STUDENT LIFE/SHOCCO SPRINGS PARTICIPANT FORM for camp. INSTRUCTIONS: Please follow the instructions below to easily complete the form:

  1. Click on the Form link below to be directed to form at airslate.com.

  2. Click the I CONSENT button to open the form.

  3. Enter the code 80746 at REG ID.  This will auto-populate the church/leader info at the top of your form. 

  4. Select SHOCCO SPRINGS CONFERENCE CENTER May 30 - June 3, 2022 at CAMP LOCATION / DATE at the top of the form. The church/leader info should already be filled in for you.

  5. Complete the rest of the form with your child’s informations sign and submit.

  6. Please fill out the form for each child you are sending to camp.
