we are TOO!

We are next-gen leaders. We are next-gen parents too.  Our own children are in our area of ministry.  This gives us a shared lens—your lens—as we view their growth and development in Christ.

student news:

what’s coming up:

#1. Seriously! You are!

Barna statistics confirm that the number one influence in the student’s life is not the youth pastor or the small group leader; it’s the parent.  The numbers tell us that the student (when leaving home to enter the college or career environment) will most likely follow what their parents taught and modeled in the home.

GBYouth exists to supplement parental discipleship.

We provide a church environment for students to further connect, study, disciple and serve. It is our goal to work with you to help students become Bible literate, doctrinally sound and service-ready for the Kingdom.

Read. Read. Repeat.

The greatest challenge for the modern church is Bible illiteracy. Simply put, Christians aren’t reading their Bibles and consequently have difficulty understanding (and defending) what they believe.

It is our desire for our students to be Biblically proficient.

The easiest way to accomplish this is following our Daily Bible Reading Plan. With this plan, our students read approximately three chapters (15 minutes) a day, completing the entire Bible in a year. If our students do this every year from 6th-12th grades, they will have read the Bible six times upon graduation. Now, that's a Bible that can be talked about!

Designed exclusively for GBYouth parents.
At the beginning of and occasionally throughout the school year.

You will love our GBYouth Parentnars!

These are times set aside for (both new and not-so-new)  parents to enjoy a casual, sit-down meal with the youth pastor as we discuss the ministry direction, the week to week, and the big events.

We share with you all that you need to know and answer any questions that you may have. Childcare is provided for your convenience. These events are free.
